Doin' some whittlin'.
That's about as close as I can get it to the outside edge. It connects to a cable, but I think I'll carve a little off the outside just in case. Turns out the case is polystyrene, so it's not that hard to carve up.
The board is held in with blu-tack (actually a Loctite-branded "fun tak"). That's pretty good stuff for this kind of physical prototyping. Sticks well to the plastic and the flat board coating.
