REDLINE
REDLINE is a digital tachometer project designed to work with the network telemetry output of Assetto Corsa. Because of this network requirement, it packs an ESP32-WROOM module. This design was mostly through-hole parts, simply because I had them in my inventory. It's got some absolute classics - 7-segment displays, a 74HC595 shift register, 2N7000 MOSFETs, 6mm tactile switches, and a whole bunch of 5mm LEDs.
A second phase of the project was planned to allow integration with a CAN interface, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. This worked really well with Assetto Corsa, but it turns out I didn't really enjoy having a LED tachometer so I don't use it that much. ᖍ(ᐙ)ᖌ
